In 1923 Edward Mulliken decided to move to San Francisco. He had a successful upholstering business in Philadelphia and continued this work in California. His wife, Ella May, seven years younger, was the oldest child of James and Emma Weir. The first 'Weir Reunion' was a gathering of the Weir siblings to say goodbye to the Mullikens before they traveled to California. Their 19 year old son, Earle, also went to California where he married and had 3 children. Ed Mulliken is probably the photographer of the group photo.

Enjoy the Weir Reunion on August 4th, 2024 at the lovely home of Donna & Bill Bondi
